Ministers for Employment and Social Policy met in Luxembourg. Ministers were informed of the draft law on improving working conditions in platform work. Ministers also adopted recommendations on individual learning accounts and on ensuring a fair transition towards climate neutrality.

They also held policy debates on the European Semester and exchanged views on national objectives to complement the headline targets of the European Social Rights Action Plan, one year after Porto Social Summit: adequate minimum wages and gender balance on company boards.

Portuguese Minister for Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, Ana Mendes Godinho, represented Portugal.
